The Awesomeness of Custom Made Bridal Jewelry

If I could turn the clock of my life back seven years to the day I married my wonderful husband, I would have accentuated my Wedding dress with this amazing vintage flowers handcrafted jewelry. Although my dress did not quite call for a necklace, I would have chosen one that would have complimented this necklace and although I was not designing jewelry seven years ago but five years ago, I would have considered designing my very own jewelry line.

Custom Made jewelry has a unique and special feel and look that only those that desire to have what no one else has, can appreciate it. The awesomeness of handcrafted jewelry is that not everyone will be found wearing it. Careful craftsmanship and quality time that is dedicated to one piece is what makes handcrafted jewelry unique.

Part of feeling special on your wedding day is to sit with your designer and discuss your desires and how you envision your wedding jewelry to be and then to see it become a reality. Unless you are wearing diamonds that sparkle at your every move, custom made handcrafted jewelry has a special aura that is also noticed and appreciated by others.

Secondly, You have the option to choose which materials you would like to use to create your jewelry. For instance, I used Vintage White Flowers with a Brass Cabochon Pendant and Gold Filled Chain to design this piece. The vintage flowers gives this necklace a pretty yet Victorian look. I added Ivory Freshwater pearls and Opal White Swarovski Crystals to add sparkle and shine. The greatest part of this piece is the affordable pricing for fine quality materials. It all depends on how much material you choose to add to your design.

Whether you choose crystals, pearls or glass to create your custom design, your choices and preferences is what matters on your Special Day.

I say this to all New Brides, consider custom made jewelry that will outshine mass produced jewelry and can even be tweaked up a bit in the next years to come.

This is us. The Catz-Kato Family in Downtown Chicago, at the Millenium Park. We decided to visit Chicago again for the fourth time. I love this city! So much to see, shop and enjoy. We rode rides at the Navy Pier and learned of the History of the Pirates and the Egyptians at the Field Museum. What an exciting and trendy place! And for the good news, before our trip I received the call from the doctor regarding the nodule on my throat and the results are BENIGN. We had a wonderful vacation.

Hi, I wanted to share this with you today to give you the heads up on the Catz-Kato designer. I hope it serves as an incentive to boost up your faith. I had a biopsy done yesterday on my throat. The Endocronologist found a nodule on my throat. He inserted four needles to extract a sample of it and it was quite scary. How often do we have a needle inserted in our throats? I have to wait almost two weeks to receive the results of cancer or no cancer. But I can honestly say that I find peace within because I have the greatest healer of all healers. Jesus Christ! If you can imagine yourselves in my position, who would you turn to? I hope you will never have to experience such a thing and I hope the best health for all of you. God Bless you and take care. I am so excited! I added some craft products on my bead shop as additions to the shop and I sold my first two chipboard craft Alphabet Letters. These are great for children and scrapbookers. I gave some to my daughters and they enjoyed creating cards and scenic pictures. I also have a variety of tags for gifts and cards. These are great for summer afternoon activities with the kids.

I love grass and blooming trees. I love the smell of rain and the morning mist. I love to see the sunrise and the moon set itself aside for the arising of the new day. I love nature and everything that resembles life. I love to run on wet sand beside the roaring waves. Nature is my inspiration, foilage, flowers and trees. Wire Wrapping Technique

The Wire Wrapping Technique is one of my favorite techniques. Many of my designs are wire wrapped. It is the art of wrapping beads with jewelry wire and linking them onto other beads or onto to components. This bracelet is a link bracelet. I wire wrapped each bead and connected them to each other. I used an antique gunmetal flexible metal jewelry wire with a 24mm guage to wrap this bracelet. The beads I used in this design are vintage lucite beads from the 1960's and many of my designs are created with these type of beads. Catz-Kato Designs is a Christian Faith based Company. Our dependency is on God and on His wonderful Son, Jesus Christ. God heard my prayers when I decided to stay home to care for our children, and I had the desire to work at home as well. I nocked on His door and asked for a career and He used my design abilities to design and create handcrafted jewelry. From what started as a hobby, has now grown into a business. Good Friday to me is a day to reflect on the undying love that Jesus has for me. On a day like today, He died on a cross in Calvary; He gave me saving Grace and washed away my sins, therefore I rejoice today!
